Use this when
You need to know what really happens when someone goes through a process — a booking, a return, a support queue — rather than what the policy says.
Do not use this for
Anything requiring deception that causes harm, or testing a competitor's systems in a way you are not entitled to.

A tier is orderable only where measured response times support it — Barcelona currently caps at urgent. A quote for a city that cannot hit the tier is refused before it is sold, not quoted and then missed.
